Yes! Your flowers can be any color you desire from our Color Palette! There is no extra charge to change the flower color in any of our collections you see in the shop.

Yes! Please see our Bridal Gallery for additional photos of our collections.

Yes! Our custom design consults are $75, and include a 1-hour Zoom call or phone consultation. We do not charge anything additional for the custom orders beyond this initial consult fee. We would love to work with you on your custom design! Once the consultation is booked, you will receive a beautiful PDF explaining our custom process, what questions you will want to ask us to ensure you feel confident working with us, what information you will want to have gathered prior to the call, and some helpful tips regarding the process once your wedding is booked.

Our turnaround times depends on the season we are in when you place your order, we do have our longest turnaround times during Spring and Summer. Please check the home page heading to receive current turnaround times for new orders.

Yes! We have a $100 rush fee per order (not per item). To rush your order, add the Rush Order option to your cart and we will help get your flowers to you in time for a quick date.

We have an extensive color palette, with over 50 colors to choose from. Please refer to this color palette to choose your floral colors.

The DIY instructions + photos is a PDF pamphlet that you will receive the digital link to when you purchase one of our DIY kits. It includes step-by-step instructions on how to create every piece that you order, including tips and shortcuts and the best ways to achieve the look you are going for. The digital instruction pamphlet helps to simplify and take stress out of the assembly process. We are also currently working on an extensive video library with video instruction for each arrangement we sell.

On a scale of 1-10, most of our DIY Kits range from a 2-3 on the difficulty scale. If you have any artsy or crafty inclinations at all, you ought to be able to tackle these flowers! They are genuinely a fun and rewarding way to build your timeless flowers, and to put the ultimate custom touch on your day. The most difficult pieces to arrange are generally our cascade bouquets, and they come in at a 4-5 on the difficulty level, but our kits take the guesswork out of these too and if you have fun with it, you too will get the perfect final look that you want to achieve.

Yes! We sell sample boxes for every collection we offer. Simply select the collection you would like to sample from the drop down menu, and you will receive a small box with 3-5 sola flowers and the primary greenery/filler/leaves from that collection. The sample boxes ship within just 1-3 days and are an excellent way to sample our flowers without committing to a large order. One important thing to note is that the sample boxes can NOT be customized to your specific flower colors….rather they will come as shown in the collection photos.

We ship all of our arrangements in heavy duty, double-wall custom shipping boxes, and wrapped in multiple layers of paper for extra cushion. Damage during transit is very rare, however if/when it does occur, we do not make the customer file or wait on a claim with the shipping carrier. We request photos of the damage and then will immediately replace any damaged items and provide a return label for the original pieces, at our cost.

Yes, all orders over $35 ship free anywhere in the 49 States on the North American Continent and the District of Columbia. At this time we do not ship internationally.

Yes, if any of our brides live local in Arkansas, we are able to schedule pickup times, by appointment only, at our local studio. Please request local pickup in the notes when you place your order.

Yes! We charge $35 per consult and this is non-refundable. We offer 30 minute Zoom calls (or phone calls) with all potential or existing clients, to review the bride’s special requests and get all of their questions answered, helping them to feel the most confident with their floral choices.

Most of our boutonnieres will come with 2 mini flowers. Our corsages typically will come with either two larger flowers, or multiple minis. Please refer to the collection you are interested in to see examples of specific boutonnieres and corsages for those collections.

Yes! Please view our bridal gallery to see example photos of these pieces. You can select an arch arrangement from the drop down menu in most of our collections.

Yes, however at this time we sell only the loose flowers with a handful of coordinating filler/greenery. Generally, most cake artists will be happy to take the loose flowers from you and incorporate them into their decorating for you.
